In one month, I will graduate from my first year in university and I really owe much of it to my time at Nirim.
They are, in a great deal, responsible for the person that I am today
(A, Nirim graduate)
Nirim Graduates Unit serves more than 500 youngsters aged 18 – 25, and the number grows annually. Most of them have completed 12 years of formal education and the vast majority serve or completed full IDF service. Despite the powerful process, their environmental and personal risk factors still exist. We believe that real change can only be assimilated following a long and profound process. Thus, we support our graduates before their army enlistment, while they serve and post service, and until they fully integrate into the core of society. Our support is both emotional and practical in order to facilitate a smooth and efficient passage into the heart of Israeli society. Nirim graduates are great role models for the younger teams, and we are proud of them and view them as part of our warm Nirim family.
